The Final Sweep service does not include:
- Extensive Cleaning
- Partial/Full Painting
- Trash Removal/Items Left Behind
- Damage to the Unit
Please note the Final Sweep service is designed to simplify your move-out experience and reduce cleaning worries. However, if there is excessive damage, extensive cleaning, or trash removal required in your unit, you may still be charged a fee. Our team will assess the condition of your unit upon move out and notify you of any additional charges.

Yes! The Final Sweep service is available individually. If you sign up, we will cover your portion of the cleaning. Your roommates will be responsible for cleaning their assigned spaces or signing up for Final Sweep on their own.
The Final Sweep service is $150 per person.
If you do not sign up, you are responsible for ensuring your unit meets our standard move-out cleaning guidelines, which can be found in your lease agreement. Any missed cleaning or issues may result in additional charges after move-out.
No, the Final Sweep program only covers standard cleaning. Charges for excessive damage, repairs, or missing items will still apply.
